My name is Joan Clotet and I introduce myself as Digital Humanist because it's the best way to explain who I am with fewer words: someone with a vocation and commitment to people determined to help people and organizations get to know each other better and grow in this digital age full of opportunities.

I also like to remember that one thing is what we are and another is what we do., I have the privilege of combining both things.

I was born and raised professionally in the late 80 and Arthur Andersen, a large auditing and consulting firm where I learned from many people about technology, organization, consulting and change management working for companies in all sectors. I keep a great memory of those times when each project and client were unique experiences of growth and learning. . After 13 years (I am not superstitious) I started my second stage as head of information systems departments in different companies (Zeta Group, Cespa and Ferrovial) and with great teams. I experienced changes of great value for the business and professional and personal growth for those involved.

In 2013 I was trained and certified as an executive coach, with a vocation to learn more about myself and improve my vision of reality and the contribution to those around me. There I decided that my next professional stage should focus on 100% in people connecting with my vital purpose. Since 2016 I am happily focused on people, his talent, innovation and positive change. First at Ferrovial as talent innovation manager and since 2020 with own project.

In this blog I share from 2007 reflections on the admirable capacity of the human being to grow in an increasingly digital world in need of emotions, leadership, creativity and social awareness.

I hope these contents give you some idea, reflection or some inspiration . You only live once so, let's do what we can to make the most of this trip.
